For well over a decade, our superb range of meticulously planned and carefully crafted cycling holidays have taken cyclists of all levels through the best regions of Europe along quiet roads, staying in comfortable hotels and eating well along the way. Since starting out in France we have grown and are now offering other regions too, including Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the UK - with Italy joining the list shortly! As always, we continue to only offer the best routes and we will only ever sell our own tours, that we operate ourselves, so that quality can be maintained, and so that you can book with confidence. Fully Supported and Self Guided bike tours are available.

We are delighted to offer a selection of walking holidays in beautiful parts of the south west of Britain where we are based. Like our cycling tours, these are based on our personal experience of walking in the areas concerned over many decades. Our love of the outdoors is not limited to riding a bike so we want to offer non-cyclists the same carefully planned holidays as our cyclists have been enjoying for over a decade.
When we started offering battlefield tours in 2012 we didn't know if they would be popular but thought we'd give them a go. How delighted we were that we had a great response to them, and they are now a firm favourite and a key part of our offering. Cycling or walking the battlefields really is the best way to explore the history and we are thrilled to continue these intimate tours long after the Centenary commemorations of the Great War have passed. With a range of cycling and walking holidays in Flanders, the Somme, Normandy and beyond we can offer a broad spectrum of thought-provoking active travel options and can tailor a trip specially for groups and companies, many of whom appreciate the team building potential of such a tour, all of which are accompanied by a knowledgable guide.
We are often asked why we called our company Green Jersey Cycling Tours? Why not Yellow Jersey? To win the Green Jersey in the Tour de France requires continued excellence day after day and this is what we strive for (the yellow jersey can be won on the basis of one good day only); average and acceptable are not good enough in our books. We also like the green credentials of cycling, and the green of the countryside we ride through - people love our rural, traffic-free routes. More...

Our new 'Coast to Coast and Back' route takes you on a roundtrip tour of the most spectacular scenery of the north of England. Leaving from Whitehaven in Cumbria, you follow Hadrian's Wall to Tynemouth and then return via Yorkshire, including your chance to tackel the famous Buttertubs pass used in the 2014 Tour de France.
