Groups & Charity rides

We actively welcome groups, whether they are cycling clubs, charities or any other organisation. We can tailor our ride to you specific interest and requirements, maybe making them shorter or longer, or taking in specific sights. There is no extra charge for doing this (we love working out new itineraries!) and often travelling as a group we can offer extremely competitive rates. If you take part in one of our standard tours ‘off the peg’ we offer a 5% discount to groups of 8 or more.

If you are a group of friends who want a tour just for you, please ask, we can usually arrange it - either one of our existing tours, or we can can create something just for you. Again, it needn't cost more just because it's bespoke!

The advantage of using a company with huge experience in this market is that we can instantly and instinctively know what may or may not work at an early stage; where the best options may be, and what is required in terms of transport and back up. This saves you masses of time and means we can quickly present a proposition to you with the minimum of fuss and without delay. For many people it is also reassuring to know that we will carry out risk assesments, have personal knowledge of accommodation choices and have insurance in place, thus saving you the worry. One of the country's leading schools was also pleased that our insurance would offer them reputational protection in the event of mishap.

If you are interested in raising money for charity you can either join one of our scheduled tours as above or we can create a bespoke one for you if you have 16 participants or more - in this instance the tour will run exclusively for you. Again, the consultation process is entirely free and we work closely with you to deliver what you want; a satisfying challenge that will raise the profile of your organisation and therefore raise funds. Please note that we only take care of the logistics of the trip – you will need to handle all aspects of the actual fund raising yourself. We offer competitive rates that will mean that more money goes to your good cause, and we don't cream off a percentage of the sponsorship money your riders raise as many event management companies do.

We can help develop promotional literature and imagery and also provide clothing specific to your charity. In order to ensure a quality experience you should allow as long a lead time as possible; this will also give you as much time as possible to publicise your challenge.
