In the far eastern regions of France lies the Alsace, on the west bank of the upper Rhine adjacent to Germany and Switzerland.

Our Alsace and the Vosges French cycling holiday passes many famous vineyards.
This tour is just over a week and there is a lot to see, through the Vosges mountains and Rhone plains, it is a 'difficult' rated 7 days of cycling. Alsace is often overlooked with regards to wine, and you don’t see much of it in the supermarkets here, but to the wine lover it is a magical place, set in the lea of the Vosges mountains, overlooking the Rhine plain.
We visit the famous villages of Turckheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé.
The grape varieties of Gewurztramnier and Riesling, Pinos Gris and Sylvaner are in their natural environment here.
