How to Book

Either Book Online or download our Booking Form and scan or post back to us at the address on our contact page. Or simply email us at [email protected]  telling us which trip you are interested in, which dates and the names of people in your party and whether you are taking a single room option*.

We will then send you confirmation of your booking together with an invoice for the deposit, which becomes payable within 7 days to prevent your booking lapsing. During this intervening period we strongly recommend you examine your travel options for getting to and from the trip if you have not already done so.

The deposit is £300 per person.

Please note that for self-guided tours the deposit is £250 per person.

Remaining balances become due 6 weeks before departure date.

By paying our deposit you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions (which are viewable here). The full booking procedure and terms are included there.

Please note that during the summer touring season we may not always have instant access to emails, but we will respond as soon as possible.

*not obligatory for single travellers - only if you would like a guaranteed single occupancy room.
