Cycle The Atlantic Seaboard

The Atlantic Seaboard Tour begins near the Spanish boarder in the south of France, riding north along the west coast of France, this Green Jersey Cycling Tour feels like a great achievement with long daily distances approaching 100 miles and a total distance of 658 miles, over 1,000km.

Starting near Biarritz, we begin on flat terrain, through pine forests, then skirting Bordeaux, passing vineyards and chateaux up to La Rochelle, and other coastal towns, crossing salt marshes and oyster beds in an area famed for sunshine. Over the Loire into Brittany, the coastline begins to change here to coves and little islands, as we go north passing numerous pretty villages to Concarneau, across the peninsular to the western most point in France which is also one of the highest with spectacular views, it's worth the climb and your legs will be ready after the weeks warm-up! The last day takes you to Roscoff where you meet the English Channel and trains and ferries home again. This cycling holiday is a true journey and one you will remember.
